The team designs, specifies and builds a kit form solid roof for new build sunrooms
1999
The first prototype solid roof for replacing existing conservatory roofs was created
2000
Premier Dublin installed the first Guardian Warm Roof (and are still installing today!)
2008
Guardian Warm Roof expanded to the UK market, establishing the first UK fabricator and entering into an exclusive partnership with Metrotile
2010
The Guardian network grows to include 10 fabricators across the UK, LABC approval is received and a lower U-value of 0.18 W/m²K is achieved
2012
Over 10,000 Guardian Warm Roofs installed
2015
The fabricator network grows to 20, with over 50,000 roofs made and installed
2018
The total number of Guardian Warm Roofs installed passes the 100,000 mark
2019
Two exclusive partnership are established with VELUX and Kingspan, the Technical Centre opens in North West England and the Guardian Home Extension is launched in Ireland.
2021
The Guardian Warm Roof, Certified Installer Network is launched
2022
A new, industry-leading U-Value of 0.15 W/m²K is achieved, supporting the demands of changing building regulations
